Limited Time Characters (also known as Limited Time Mascots, Event Characters, or Event Mascots) can only be unlocked for a limited time during a special event.
What Are Limited Characters?[]
They are mostly unlocked by launching the game and claiming it or by simply participating in Pecking Order.
After the event ends, the character is no longer unlockable. Some characters return.

In 2018 obtained by participating in the 200,000,000 Downloads "We've Come a Log Log Way Together" Event. In 2020 it could be obtained at the #CrossyChickenRun Event on the 1st of August. In 2022 obtained by launching the game and claiming it for free. They returned available for Rainbow Thingies from December 11th, 2024, to December 30th, 2024. |

In 2019 obtained by collecting a specific amount of eggs at the Easter Pecking Order. Since 2024 it is possible to unlock Easter Egg by playing as Egg Collector and collecting the large Easter Egg. |
